At Puffaluffs Inc, we want you to love what you purchase from our site, and if you don’t, we offer easy returns for eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date. A flat return fee of $10.00 per return shipment will be applied for all returns regardless of reason.
To get started with a return, visit our Return Portal within 14 days of receiving your order ($10 restocking fee applies).
We will review the return inquiry and respond with a return label or additional instructions within 48 hour.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Used with medical equipment
- Missing original tag
- Items 14 days past the delivery date
- Gift cards / Donations
- Items that have been, washed, used or otherwise fully unpackaged
- Items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping)
Refunds are processed in the form of original payment, less the original shipping fee. Please note an additional $10 fee is applied to cover the cost of the pre-paid shipping label and our restocking fee.
All products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged. If your returned item arrives damaged at our warehouse, we will not be able to refund the purchase.
Please note that during the holiday season, refunds for returns may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed once the item is received at our facility. We appreciate your patience.

All items from Puffaluffs Inc, have a 30-day warranty period. If your item breaks or is damaged, we are happy to provide you with a replacement within 30 days of purchase.
